The cooperation focuses on promoting hydrogen fuel cell trucks in the UK and EU through product, technical, and service collaboration, guided by a Memorandum of Understanding.
Both parties will collaborate on vehicle development, with Guangzhou Hybot Technology Co., Ltd. handling technical aspects and Hydrogen Vehicle Systems (HVS) managing sales and after-sales in the EU and UK markets.
They will share and build a supply chain system based on Guangzhou Hybot Technology Co., Ltd.’s supply chain, aiming for cost-effectiveness and reduced development time.
The agreement allows for potential imports of Hydrogen Vehicle Systems (HVS) products into China and cooperation in exploring other international markets.
Hydrogen Vehicle Systems (HVS), the UK's first Hydrogen Fuel Cell truck OEM, has entered into a strategic collaboration with Guangzhou Hybot Technology Co., Ltd. to promote the application of hydrogen fuel cell trucks in the UK and EU markets, developing hydrogen fuel cell trucks suitable for various transportation scenarios.
